Who we are
This website is operated by Managesports d.o.o., Ljubljana, Slovenia (“ManageSports”, “we”). You can reach us at info@managesports.eu or +386 41 886 687.
What we collect
Demo and contact requests. When you fill in a form we receive your name, work email, organisation and anything else you choose to tell us. We use it only to reply to your request and to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps prior to entering a contract and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Analytics. Only if you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. IP addresses are anonymised. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless a contract follows.
Who we share it with
We use processors for hosting (Cloudflare), email delivery and, with consent, analytics (Google). We never sell personal data.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data and object to processing by emailing info@managesports.eu. You can also lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec, ip-rs.si).
